With the V-PAL project the partner group want to increase the quality of adult language teaching.
Participating countries also seek to:
• strengthen the teachers opportunities for continuing education – also in places where there are poor opportunities for continuing education.
• increase the teachers’ satisfaction in the job by creating professional development and pride
• strengthen the individual at a time when greater demands are made on the effectiveness of the teaching, and where conditions and resources decrease.
